Staal Smokehouse – 200g Cold Smoked Salmon
Our salmon is sourced only from fully accredited and sustainable farms on the west coast of Scotland.
The wild, wind-swept environment offers the perfect breeding ground for a delicious tasting salmon, as close to wild salmon as you can get. Obviously wild Atlantic salmon would be our first choice of product but the ever declining numbers of this majestic fish persuaded us to take it off the menu until its future is secured.
Our salmon is dry cured before smoking with a blend of oak and apple. This gives a subtle smoky flavour to complement rather than overpower the fish.
Wass Farm Shop – Heritage Breed Pork & Fennel Salami
Straight from the beautiful woodland and fields surrounding Ampleforth and Wass, the wild venison has been cured and made into salami with a taste of fennel. Ideal for grazing plates or for a light lunch.
Lishman’s of Ilkley – Yorkshire Chorizo
Crafted from high welfare, Yorkshire outdoor bred pigs and has been awarded a 3 star Great Taste Award! Our Chorizo is seasoned with paprika and garlic.
Wensleydale Creamery – Fountains Gold Cheddar
Handcrafted from Yorkshire milk, this rich and creamy cheddar is carefully matured at the Wensleydale Creamery.
Peter’s Yard – Original Sourdough Crispbread
These award winning crispbreads are inspired by our love of Sweden, the home of crispbread.
We select simple, natural ingredients including organic fresh milk, organic flour and our precious sourdough, which is allowed to ferment for 16 hours before each batch is made. Baked until crisp and golden, they are the natural choice for smoked salmon and cheese.

Our creamy Yorkshire Mayonnaise is made using our Award winning cold pressed Yorkshire Rapeseed Oil, free range egg and just a touch of mustard.
