The rain that falls on the Yorkshire Dales bubbles up at Kilnsey Park Trout Farm and it is from here that we get our fresh trout.

Kilnsey Park provides a perfect environment in which to rear succulent trout for the table, or in our case for the Smokehouse. By combining this locally reared fish with a brine and light oak smoke you end up with a delicate hot smoked fish. Our trout is ideal for salads, flaked through a pasta or risotto and is the key ingredient for a homemade paté or dip.

In addition to home delivery, we offer a click and collect service from our Kirkbymoorside unit. Once you have ordered we will be in contact with available collection times.
